Separate wsd daemon, simpler bundle directories, -f bundle update flag

For fedora, splits off the wsd daemin in separate package. Overall,
tools to handle bad Gemfile.lock README notes, -f option to invoke
'bundle update' in make-dist.sh. Minor bugfixes
