* Moved all jobs under app/workers since that's the Sidekiq convention
* Renamed Jobs module to Worker to match new location

* Dropped Resque hacks from specs and features, replaced with
  sidekig/testing in RSpec and sidekig/testing/inline in Cucumber
* Updated scripts to start a Sidekiq server
* Inline Sidekiq sinatra app
* Let Sidekiq create the actual Redis instance
* Workaround already initialized constant warnings in service models
* Resolved ToDo in one job definition by creating proper exception clases
  for some errors in receiving posts
* Added sidekiq section to configuration to make it completly
  configurable to the user

* Delay HttpMulti retry to give offline pods a chance to come back up

limiting the fetch of the IDs breaks paginating, there's no quick way to fix that

I left the spec in for future use.

Not ordering the IDs caused incorret ones returned

The spec is totally at the wrong level but I couldn't make
something up that exposed the bug at a deeper level :(

* added a presenter for hovercard json
* added new backbone view for handling hovercard JS
* refactoring of PeopleController

* finished the backbone js version of hovercards
* don't try to make people_controller more restfull, out of scope
  just add a new route and use that for hovercard json
* added spec for people_controller#hovercard
* add new exception for "AccountClosed" to be able to raise from anywhere

* removed legacy code, since everything got ported to backbone
  (except the "cache" stuff, but that's not strictly necessary)

190fceaf5c [SECURITY FIX] please update your pod ASAP 
This is a fix for public messages, where a malicious pod could spoof a message from someone a user was connected to, as the verified signatures were not checked that the object was also from said sender.  This hole only affected public messages, and the private part of code had the correct checks
THX to s-f-s(Stephan Schulz) for reporting and tracking down this issue, and props to Raven24(florian.staudacher@gmx.at) for helping me test the patch

Custom Redcarpet renderer to escape hashtags (but not legitimate headers)
in emails before Markdown processing. Prevents hashtags from being rendered
as H1 headers. This also leaves open the possibility of parsing hashtags

a8843c1036 Fix JSON caching regression 
Disable jQuery's AJAX caching to prevent the browser's
back button from dumping the stream in JSON format.

Includes a test for the jquery_include_tag helper to
ensure that the necessary line of javascript doesn't
go missing again.

125be41868 Test for mobile UI single post view 
Verify that the correct layout is rendered (rather than no layout
at all) in the mobile UI single post view.

This is a test I forgot to write at 5am when I was so excited about
having the mobile UI working on my Blackberry again (bad me!), so
here it is before it slips my mind. 😁

This tests the change made to posts_controller in 6abe718227

95d5c9ca68 Fix Jasmine tests - first pass 
193 specs | 5 failing

The 5 failing specs appear (according to Firebug) to be due to missing
fixtures and/or missing routes in the Jasmine environment. Fixing these
last 5 failures is a task probably best left to a more experienced
Javascript/Jasmine developer.

This commit also moves validation.js and clear-form.js into
app/assets/javascripts and precompiles validation.js

e1607baff4 jquery_include_tag helper 
Implement the jquery_include_tag helper, which is used in several
views but was not implemented in the code. This helper attempts to
load jQuery from the Google CDN (matching the version of the vendored
jquery.js in jquery-rails), falling back to the vendored copy if the
google CDN fails. The helper also loads jquery_ujs.js from jquery-rails.

A jquery_cdn setting is added to application.yml to enable or disable
serving jQuery from the Google CDN (for those podmins who would rather
not use Google's services).

Update app/views/application.html.haml to use the jquery_include_tag
helper since it was the only view that was including the vendored
copy of jquery directly with jquery_include_tag.

4769a25d59 Add ISO 8601 timestamp parsing for legacy browsers. 
Would cause legacy browsers (e.g. Safari 4.1.3) to show posts in the
reverse order and the infinite scroll would not be triggered when

2d98c57cf1 [ci skip] The real issue with GnuTLS is actually a flaw in OpenSSL 
which accepts several server misconfigurations

OpenSSL is very liberal about the order and content of the supplied
cert chain. GnuTLS however is very crucial about it. So to support
GnuTLS we need to tell our community to fix their servers (joindiaspora.com
is broken too). You can check it with
gnutls-cli -V --x506cafile=/etc/ssl/ca-certificates.crt $domain
It will print the certs in the order received and say at the end
if it could be verifed. Note that not only the order is important but
also the content. Many example configurations, especially for Nginx,
include the root cert of the CA in the chain which is wrong.

640a0181ab Fix federation with GnuTLS by passing the ca_file to Typhoeus 
How did this ever work? Anyway Diaspora now works with libcurl4-gnutls-dev
which already supports SNI in most distributions and is also the default
for many distros. Everybody should switch to it. Do so by installing it and
then do a gem uninstall typhoeus followed by a bundle to compile it with
GnuTLS

6236fd22a0 Found 3 spec files that were never getting run because they didn't have the _spec at the end of the filename. This commit renames them, so that they are now included in rake spec. Unsurprisingly, they all fail. Since they represent actual changing code that isn't tested, I'm checking them in anyway. 78a96a18e4 This fixes issue #2298. 
Following a hashtag with a dot now no longer breaks the user's stream page.
All unacceptable hashtag chars are stripped out, and the given tag is
normalized before being followed.

15b3cce6ee Refactored ordering of post comments; moved it down to model level for greater reach (DRYer code). 
Leaving the #order call in #last_three_comments caused the generated SQL to
have two conflicting ORDER BY components, which caused the query to return
invalid results.  I removed the problem by removing #last_three_comments which
I consider a premature optimization.

locally when Resque tried to constantize Jobs::Mail Object.const_get("Jobs") returned our Jobs module but when it tried to const_get("Mail") it returned the Mail gem.

814eb7b426 RFC2822 specifies that you use parentheses to denote a mailbox list. Use the addr-name spec to specify a display name and the from address. 
Check against the raw headers of the mail as @mail.from excludes the display name

What i did was to redirect to the tag without dots, in this case cubbies
I didn't consider a good idea to add route support for /tags/cubbi.es
since it get messed with request formats

b60101b9ad Use explicit parameters instead of request format to determine whether we render a remote or non-remote form in aspects#new. 
Facebox needs to get back a text/html response. We were using text/javascript to indicate that we wanted a remote form and text/html to indicate we wanted a non-remote form. The trouble is, if we request with text/javascript then that is the format we get back. It doesn't really make sense to use formats that way anyway, so I changed it to an explicit parameter. This had the nice side effect of simplifying our new-aspect views.
