bc6c8a0598 disable registration with invite-code when invitations are closed 
also display message if the user has no invitations left and refactored
InvitationsController spec and remove unused message parameter

3b1a5c6bdf don't reduce number of invites when registration is open 
otherwise the counter goes into negative ;)

also  reset all negative counters

* Throw away old system
* Add new system
* Add new example files
* Replace all calls
* add the most important docs
* Add Specs
* rename disable_ssl_requirement to require_ssl
* cloudfiles isn't used/called in our code
* since community_spotlight.list is only used as enable flag replace it with such one and remove all legacy and irelevant codepaths around it
* die if session secret is unset and on heroku
* First basic infrastructure for version information

These assertions were always returning true even if you dont populate
the flash, because nil.should_not be_empty returns true

c816a1f78e RegistrationsController#create re-renders the form instead of redirecting, so user doesn't lose what they've entered. 
Took out RegistrationsController#update, since all it was doing was calling super.
Took out stubbing of user save, because I actually want to check that save is doing the right thing.
